Pros

Flex Time! Director was awesome. She was very good about making sure everyone knew what was going on with the company at all times. Well, as much as she could divulge. It is possible to start at the bottom and end up being in a leadership position.

Cons

Some of the managers have cliques and play favorites.

Pros

Very matriarchal environment, family sensitive and progressive management strategies are used at the mid management level. Work is abundant and days go by quickly as this production oriented, fast paced environment services approximately 1300 branches and a number of vendors that do business with those branches.

Cons

Hard work at this level is somewhat under-appreciated. Well meaning management effort does make attempts to increase moral, however the incentives are quiet elementary (perhaps due to budget constraint) and fall short of their intent in the long term.

Pros

Very nice place to work, People are very good. THey are very receptive to feedback and new ideas. Management listens to you once you are established.

Cons

There is a new trend to offshore things a lot. Things are thrown over the fence whenever we get a chance.
