Be prepared to work long hours selling toilets

Pros

The training they provide is good, especially for those who don't have any background in plumbing, lighting, or appliances. There is growth potential, as long as the economy is doing well (which, obviously, it isn't).

Cons

Be prepared to work long hours, at least a 50 hour work week. Selling toilets of all things! Why so serious? Be prepared to work some Saturdays. Definitely not a good work/life balance. Plus you deal with the general public, which can be a pain... who wants to do THAT??

Pros

Good people to work with

Cons

Management forces employees to work long hours, so managers can keep their big bonuses.
