Inside Sales

Pros

The position pushes your limits so you learn a lot of time management, sales, customer service, operations, and etc skills.

Cons

If you aren't promoted then you aren't getting a decent raise. As an inside sales associate you are given more than the job expectations. Your job overlaps with the warehouse, operations, outside sales, and project management. You are eventually expected to solve any problems that arrive in the later and not be compensated.

Pros

The pay is good, and Ferguson is a well established company.

Cons

A lot of stress, the company has tried to operate too lean, and this has resulted in overworked employees.

Pros

None. Nothing. Nothing at all.

Cons

Too much mandatory overtime. Zero work/life balance at all. Racism and favoritism everywhere.
