Pros
Pay and benefits are top notch, this is "the" place to work in Hampton Roads. Employee wellness and multiple tools to incentivize you to be a better and healthier person. Covid happened and I was laid off with a large group of people, that is the only reason that I am not there today. A great company with visionaries at the top
Cons
Just like a lot of large companies, it's easy to get lost in the masses. Decisions that you make that feel like a big deal, are something like rounding errors in comparison.
