Pros

I have never worked for a company like Fernbrook, where the culture is so positive, collaborative, and meaningful. Everyone from the CEO to entry level staff demonstrates the core values. There is a constant effort for staff to feel valued and supported, challenged clinically, and we strive for clinical excellence with our clients. FABULOUS place to work!

Cons

There is a lot of paperwork, with any human service job, but there is an incredible training department and supervisors are always willing to help manage the workload.

Not well paid, supervisors are bad at communicating together, very unethical behavior, not reimbursed for much, violates confidentiality.

Great co workers and challenges are new everyday!

Cons

Tough to manage time with clients to also have free time. Can be tough to keep up with paperwork while on the move with clients everyday.
