Pros

I love working at Ferraro Foods. At first I hesitate to join the company due to the negative reviews I saw here but I took the challenge and I don't regret it! The company has definitely evolve from what it used to be 5 years ago. Regularly I see opportunities of growth and development within the company. There is also a family atmosphere within the departments and you can appreciate how co-workers supports each other to get the job done. The company also offers a hot meal everyday cooked by our in-house chef; that is a huge perk for me! Overall, I am happy to be part of the Ferraro Foods family.

I enjoy working for this company and working with the other employees and Management. The company offers a variety of benefits including free lunch for the employees. I have yet to encounter an employee who isn't willing assist others. Over all, it is a very pleasant, but busy work environment.
