There are no pros to working there except for the blessing of getting home from there every night after your shift if you are brave enough to stay.

Cons

No ability to select shift No set routes. They want you to driver over your time They want you to drive without reset Crappy equipment and no maintenance done on trucks Leadership is horrible No accountability Staff is unhelpful
