The pay is not what they promise. You don't get holiday pay.

There's been a lot of movement towards a more contemporary viewpoint and implementation of much needed tech. Looking forward to seeing what next year brings to the table.

Pros

There is work life balance. Free lunch served daily. It appears that the company is trying to make change in a positive direction. There has been new management and new staff, and everyone seems to be on the same page as far as moving the company in a positive direction.

Cons

401K and the insurance could be better. Need to realize that you have to make some investments if you want to be better. Need to update the computer system, we need to get out of the stone ages.
