Pros

Decent holidays and PTO some flexibility with work from home policy. (2 days per week) Majority co-works are nice. Career will be laddered up very quickly if you speaks Italian.

Cons

You will realize why the company still can not be the no.1 leading in the industry as soon as you join. Culture is conservative, career development is limited unless you speaks Italian or other European languages. Some silly dramas happens day to day, especially from those people who deployed from headquarter, so culture could be toxic depends on the team you are in. Salary growth is limited compares with others in the industry.

Pros

Expectations are the lowest I've seen. they just need people to show up and not be drunk or on drugs.

Cons

Trying to stay busy was the hardest thing. There's literally nothing to do. Just stand and wait for a line to go down. Also, when you notice black mold on their food equipment you will be scolded by your superiors for noticing and alienated for wanting to clean it. Food safe equipment is modified using NON food safe plastic in the production process of the 100 grand bar by direction of Michael Smeeton. Your last check will be short because of the UNION. Good luck getting your last month of union dues back, payroll just deflects and gives you the run around. I wish I never worked here.

Pros

- Ferrero is continuing to grow and there are many opportunities for advancement along with personal & career development trainings. - It is still a family owned company and the Ferrero family continues to be thoughtful with their business decisions. - Salary is competitive - Startup environment which allows employees to enhance or create processes - Exposure to global teams - Great brands & there is always product available for employees at the office

Cons

- The benefits & company perks that promote a positive company culture could be improved (For example: adding Summer Fridays, closing the office between Christmas and New Year, adding a company store for employees with discounts on Ferrero products, providing child care assistance or costs reimbursements, 529 college savings plan and more) - The hours that an employee needs to put in to be successful can be quite long at different times of the year and teams are lean - Organized chaos from time to time
