Cons

You will have the worst time of your career. It’s a small company and therefore opportunities to grow is little to nothing. They will tell you you’re going to Lux but it’s all untrue. You’re stuck in the same role and getting below inflation increase no matter how great a performer you are. So many red flags here. Gossip and complaining culture.
