      nice and big brands, interesting projects, interpersonal relationships, not too competitive working climate

      Cons

      very traditional, long decision making process, lack of organization, inefficient, bad human resource department, complex environment, no flat hierarchies.

      Pros

      Friendly environment, very collaborative, unbureaucratized and with accessible leadership. In Ferrero there is a lot of opportunity to make a difference and gain visibility due to the lean structure. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Ferrero should focus more on diversity and make the activities more procedural. We should also have a better management of employee goals - the cascading process is not well done. Also, we don't offer many training to the employees.
