      1.Better Salaries 2.Flexible time to working 3.Good chance to meet international friends 4.good chance to have seminar at abroad.

      1.Not good benefit 2.no chance to growth up , no career path 3.highly political organizatin , people can trap your back anytime. 4.never listen to your employee 5.working and keep a quiet like a zombie , if you dont want to change a new job.
