      Good products, Bad Management

      Pros

      Superb products, enjoy indulging consumers with what you do. Nice offices and overall nice approach towards people until you join.

      Cons

      Bad management approach, too much marketing focus. General motto is one size fits all and that is Italy. Not a real multinational actually an Italian company, the official language is italian and you need to prove yourself over and over if you are not italian.

      The pay and the people are the only reason I stayed so long.

      Cons

      Everything else. Shift work will ruin you mentally and physically. The repetitiveness of the work will do a number on your back.
