      Great brands, good compensation, employees are generally very friendly and helpful

      Cons

      Toxic environment, bullying mentality, constant churn and micro-management due to insecurities. Crazy to see at the SVP and VP level.

      Some of the people are nice.

      Cons

      The senior management team, both in the UK and globally, have no sense of what it is to be working under them. They make things up on the fly, and all they care about is their own bonuses.
