The employees and managers are helpful, respectful, and understanding of new temps

Cons

The onboarding process does not prepare you for the job whatsoever you won't know the lines, cleaning products, break times, wash bays (and different uses for them). That is my experience as a temp at least the experience for someone hired by Ferrero day 1 may be different.

Cons

It's growing fast and needing to learn how to cope with it's size, this can negatively effect people's experience. Workload can be very heavy.
