Pros

Pay is a little better

Cons

Inexperienced leadership in HR, will promote people based on favoritism. It’s a waste of your HR credential where they don’t use the opportunity to utilize the skills. All the HR processes are rudimentary and works on spreadsheets instead of using HR systems. They gave every department in HR a fancy new title of ‘VP’ to justify new salaries. Overall it needs a revamp with actual HR with experience or credentials.

Great for insiders

Pros

If you are a Spaniard, and related to one of the top executives, there is no place better for you. 6-figure salaries easily as high as $200K, great benefits, free car, free training, free airline tickets, and many of your expenses abroad will be covered.

Cons

If you are an outsider, you won't make that kind of salary, they won't care for you, no training, performance doesn't mean anything, and there is a glass ceiling for your growth and promotion.
