Learning opportunities, mostly nice coworkers

Cons

Senior management is arrogant and patriarchal. Ignore and disrespect US employees. Will not acknowledge experience and expertise unless you are Spanish. Excessive overtime without any rewards or appreciation. HR is very over staffed and provide no support to employees in other understaffed departments.
