Pros

I have been professionally trained in both technical work, production processes, leading teams of people, economic calculations and new technologies applied to the field of waste management and the environment.

Cons

Often internal promotion is difficult to achieve, and the distinction between people who can attend certain training courses and those who can not. On the other hand, the internal procedures of a company can be tedious at times.
