Awful worklife balance compared to the industry, 2 week parental leave. Senseless WFH policy that keeps reducing the flexibility, they just want you to be in an office, any office,it doesn't matter which office nor r if you'll work directly with anybody there, they just want you to keep the chair warm. Promotions only work on leave notice basis.

I express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the unexpected termination of my contract with Ferrovial/Riverlinx CJV, which will occurred on friday 22nd December, after just a week and a half of my employment. During my brief tenure at Riverlinx CJV, I have diligently endeavored to integrate into the team and contribute to the projects assigned to me. However, the circumstances leading to my termination have left me perplexed. Despite these hurdles, I made every effort to resolve the issues promptly and contribute to the tasks assigned to me. This abrupt termination has left me deeply distressed, confused and made me sick for the week, as I was eager to continue contributing to the projects and learning from my colleagues. I believe that a termination without clear communication or proper evaluation of my performance is unfair and does not align with the principles of professional conduct. I will not suggest anyone to leave their current job and join at Ferrovial/Riverlinx CJV
