Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

They gave me a large amount of packages to deliver to 7 different apt complexes and expected it to be done in a 3 hour window. I told the support team that I am not going to be done by then and they don't compensate any pay after the 3 hour window but expect you to finish delivering all of the batch. I refused to work with no pay so I was let go.

Ok just to get by

Pros

If you’re a 1099 driver you can set your own schedule. Everyone is fairly social and nice

Cons

If you work directly in the warehouse as driver you’ll like go out by yourself with very large packages. New management knew nothing for the longest.

Lacking…

Pros

It was fun & entertaining at times

Cons

Lack of the following…organization, training, chain-of-commands, access to employee resources/help, upholding standard operating procedures. As an oversized delivery driver you are frequently sent by yourself to deliver very large, heavy items (that would require 2 people in any other setting). If there’s enough people you might get some help, but that’s hit or miss.
