Don’t Recommend Working Here

Pros

- potential working from home - unlimited PTO

Cons

I wouldn’t recommend working here for a multitude of reasons. 1) due to being a startup, you will be forced to do the jobs of the incompetent departments & by other departments doing a job they weren’t not hired for, the company doesn’t have an accurate number of how much it actually costs to run the org. 2) You will not get competitive pay. Getting a raise will be like pulling teeth. 3) Even though unlimited PTO is a thing, often times you will be asked to be “on call” when on PTO simply because “the world will burn dow without you”. 4) In recent month, Fetch has laid off TONS of employees because they didn’t budget well enough and value profit over people. Company has also let go people who were one of the first 5 employees at the company. 5) there is no real training for how to do your job. You will be thrown to the wolves and expect to survive. 6) C-suite blows smoke and any “changes” they said they are making, will not happen in a years time. Find somewhere else to work.

Pros

Some remote opportunities if you work on the admin/corporate side

Cons

-Sexist and Racist. I watched as they favored and valued the white man over the women and minorities in the company. Pay, benefits, etc. Lots of inequity and almost little to no diversity and inclusion, nor do they do anything about it. -C Suite and VPs are selfish and all about their money, unthruthful, and do not communicate to their team members in a professional manner. -This company does NOT care about its team members and it’s very apparent. They will say they do, but employee recognition programs are unorganized, not consistent, and are underdeveloped -Operationally a disaster and hard to advocate for as an employee since the clients and residents hate us -Non competitive pay and NO raises unless you are a white man and are in with the cliquiness of leadership. Women and minorities have to fight tooth and nail for raises or to get what they deserve. They don’t even do growth plans or performance evals for raises or bonuses. Appalled

Pros

Some people get to work from home?

Cons

Non-competitive pay, "good-old boys club" type of environment, favoritism, and lack of recognition/appreciation for what you do unless you're a "favorite". Women and minorities aren't just undervalued here, they're also paid less and rarely looked at for promotion opportunities. HR team is unresponsive and don't take any action towards employee retention. PLEASE ask in your interview what they do in regards to diversity and inclusion because the answer will be nothing.
