Pros

Great company that lets you earn your advancement quickly (Its a start up). Flexible hours, very easy going environment. Work from home! You couldn’t ask for a better opportunity. Well paid if you deserve it from your productivity. Management is competent and wants you to succeed.

Cons

The only area they are lacking in is benefits. I understand they are a startup and they have to watch the bottom line but if Fetch truly wants to shine, they will do better. No 401K match in todays world doesn’t cut it. Bring benefits up and you will attract even better employees.

The only good thing about the company is the idea of the service they provide.

Cons

I wasn't going to write a review. However, I have to warn people! Especially minorities, about the microaggressions, unprofessionalism, and harassment of the management here. PLEASE just look elsewhere. Management is very close to HR as well so you have no advocate when you experience their mistreatment. One of the account managers actually rewarded a client for their racism against their drivers. The management team is privileged and lack empathy for others. If you are reading this, look for a company with strong diversity. They will claim they are Christians and treat you in the most ungodly way. Unless of course, you look like them. If I elaborate further on what I experienced it would be a nightmare to hear. So please just don't even apply.
