Pros

Good company culture Easy interview process Warehouse duties were simple Support teams on Slack are helpful

Cons

Some days would have an unbearable amount of packages to deliver in a short period of time, while other days were slow. Had to rely on 1099 drivers to help lighten the load but many of them would drop shifts at the last minute which makes your workload even worse and usually made me have to stay late. Some customers who come into the building to pick up packages get angry at the concept of Fetch and take it out on you

Pros

-Team was cool -Flexibility/ good work-life balance -Interaction with clients can be fun and rewarding

Cons

There were red flags written all over this company from the moment I was hired- unorganized HR experience, poor communication, good people leaving and of course not only lay offs last summer, but more this year, too. Upper management is very hands off, which is not a good thing. There's been too many changes within the past few months and very little direction. Company reputation amongst clients was a major issue too, with little action taken to improve it. The message is hey, we're a start-up and still learning- ok, but don't put employees' livelihood's at risk and don't make your residents lives harder by not fulfilling your promise. I'm thankful for getting to know my teammates and for saving some money but other than that, it was not a great experience nor a stable environment. There's much better companies to work for but if you want to try it, please proceed with caution.
