Benefits are really solid, pay meh, work life balance difficult to get financially where you need to be.
Pros
3 week PTO + Free mental health counseling on MD live, unlimited visits with no copay Super flexible work schedule You get to do your own thing and as long as you are closing claims you are essentially unbothered ( a personal perk is jamming out to music and podcasts while I work and infrequently being drug dow by company happenings)
Cons
Pay raise was paltry- they put all adjusters on salary. OT is gone now and if you work in the weekends it is solely production based. That wasn't for the employee benefit. The incentives are great *but* that means you are working your off time and have to close claims in increments of 25 claims (approx 2-3 hours of unpaid time) to get incentives A bit too woke for me as a company. I understand the importance of social issues but I really don't want to be discussing them at work. I just want to work at work. Maybe that makes me an @ss but I literally want to do work, get paid, and then live my life outside of any company.
