Pros

Constantly learning and bouncing off ideas. The people are what make this place great and helping pets, their families, and rescue shelters is an added bonus. Overall, I'm having a rewarding experience working at Fetch and am proud to work here.

Cons

A lot of processes to get used to, but they're all generally geared towards being more efficient.

Cons

The fast-paced nature of a growing company means priorities can shift quickly. If you prefer very structured, long-term planning, this can feel challenging.
