      Pros

      Fetch leadership makes sure we are all in the know and in sync. We all understand the CEO's vision, and how our teams and individual roles contribute to everyone's success. The people are friendly and respectful of one another. They are also incredibly good at their jobs. The offices are clean and well-designed, there are free snacks and drinks for everyone, the technology actually works in all the conference rooms, and there are about 6 subway lines within a three-block radius.

      Cons

      Could do with fewer recurring meetings, but that is the same in most companies.
