      Direct access to leadership. Benefits have improved over the last year and become more inline with what you would expect from a NYC based company.

      Cons

      Not everyone is clear on what each department manages. Would be good to have a reset on roles and responsibilities across the company.

      I have worked at Fetch for 2 years now and its been a positive experience for me. They offer opportunities to grow as a employee and give you the training and recipes to excel at your position. I have enjoyed working here and I look foward to what the future hold for me and Fetch as well.
