      Pros

      Fetch has great benefits, a wonderful upper management, superier pay and a wonderful coworker atmosphere.

      Cons

      Working from home can be lonely at times, I wish there was an option for an hour lunch instead of 30 min in some departments.

      Job description and interviews don't mention the increasing workload for the same salary. You end up working in 10 departments.

      Pros

      Fetch has THE BEST open communication between employees I have ever experienced, I have been able to truly balance my work and home life (even while working from home). My work stress level has gone down so low its almost non-existent. My ideas I've had have been listened to and not pushed aside. Great starting pay, Training is very involved and thorough.

      Cons

      Always room for improvement but i have zero cons at the moment.
