- Good culture - Good clients ( Some of the biggest names in the financial services industry) - Great company for people who are smart and can take initiative - Relatively good compensation and benefits - Better than even some prestigious firms

Cons

- Risk-averse and conservative - Slow ( Not a great company for job hoppers but great for people with knowledge and skills to thrive )
