It was the least equitable and inclusive work environment I have ever been a part of. I once heard a middle management person say they would quit before they would work for a woman. This place is awful.
Executive staff will just hire their kids, nieces, or relatives and pay them a higher wage then the remaining staff. If you know someone like Leilani, Tyler you will get easier work and allowed to choose your hours. Will bring on relatives for a higher pay with no experience. During my time working as an Admin assistant, I noticed these unfair treatments.
