Pros

Company was great and I believed in the product. They are owned by Fortune Brands so they have some really good benefits. I learned a lot with them.

Cons

Old guard employees that have been there forever. Did not want changes because they knew better even after showing data to back up decisions.

- Great PTO - 20 Days - 11 paid holidays plus 2 floater holidays - Bonus structure of 10%

Cons

- Does not market the product well - Projects either go unfinished or canceled - Not interested in new ideas - Blames workers for failed improvement projects
