Pros
They never bounced a check. but they also didn't have to pay much so I imagine it was easy.
Cons
Little to no care is given to the safety of the employees or products. Only an illusion of it. This is hidden away by falsified paperwork. Unreasonable pace with inadequate equipment. Machines were actively depositing rubber and nonfood grade lubricant into the product. The product was regularly sifted and run through magnets to make up for the shoddy workmanship of the machinery. Poor leadership and training overall. a great product being stifled by poor execution and bad management a tail as a old as time
