Fibreworks is a very intriguing and unique company that provides and serves a variety of industries. It is a company that has grown tremendously within my nine months of employment. It has provided me with many growth opportunities already as well as meeting my needs inside and out of the office. With that said, Fibreworks takes pride in all of their employees. They do their very best to make sure each and every employee has a voice in their career path and honor the drive and willingness to continue to grow. When it comes to company culture, it can be described as above satisfactory level. I have nothing but good things to say about the way in which employees interact with one another.
