Pros

Challenging and meaningful work. Opportunity to work with top talent Competitive salary and generous benefits (bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, insurance) Minimal politics at my level Company walks the talk in terms of ethics and expectations of integrity to assure trust of its customers

Cons

- In technology, there can be fair amount of overtime (evenings and weekends) - In my division, significant amounts of maintenance work (upgrading software components, adhering to changing IT standards) which limits focus on new and strategic work - Not really a con, but it's a culture where everyone is expected to earn their keep every day.
