not much of a paymaster anymore. good for freshers, but experienced people find it hard to stay because of better package elsewhere.

Top heavy comapny. Number of managers is more than double of what is actually required. Stagnant career growth. Very good chance that even after 4 years you would at the same level. Not much of cutting edge work. Mostly maintanence projects. No onsite oppurtunities!!! Although it is Fidelity's captive software house, Fidelity US seems to have more confidence in vendors like Infosys and Patni. Lot of projetcs still go to them. Very unlikely that you can shift your project unless you have 'contacts'.
