Pros
Fidelity is a great environment for younger developers to learn the skills of enterprise development without the pressure to be top of their field or ability. You gain the skills over time and the pace that you master them is up to you. A slow cooker can still be on the 'high' setting, but it'll still make your dish better than if you microwaved it.
Cons
- There isn't a variety of tech stack used across the platform - Business expects product to be delivered, but architectural reviews haven't even been solidified to determine how it should be created - Confusion about whether or not we're using waterfall or agile - You need outside projects if you're going to one day leave and apply for other positions that aren't purely Java/Spring related
