Great for long term stability but not great pay-wise
Pros
- Learning days - Depending on your "Business Unit" you could get every Tuesday as a day for learning. - Great graduate program (LEAP Program) - Subsidised lunch
Cons
- Strict on RTO days - missing days during your designated connect week which is once a month can affect your performance review - Pay is not great - your promotion seems to really depend on your manager and how much "visibility" you have in the company by doing work outside of your squad. - All the decisions seem to come from the US which doesn't always take into consideration the Irish culture. - In order to be considered for your next promotion, you are told that you need to be already working at the next level. You could take the same work as a senior for a year and still get an average review due to "this year's budget".
