Business Outlook
Pros
1. This is a large company with a lot of talent. You get to learn a lot of new things. 2. Work place environment is good. Timings are not strict as such.
Cons
1. With the amount of talent around, moving up the ladder is difficult unless you, as they themselves say, "go above and beyond" . They have increased the width of each role hence moving up the ladder is tougher. 2. Not all projects are interesting. Some are slow with mostly maintenance work.
