Lots of small employee appreciation events that help break up the day. Clean, open office. Great 401k plan.

Cons

Newer policies essentially discourage personal relationships of any type. Any behavior that is not 'workplace appropriate' is also banned at any social event no matter how unrelated to work. This generates an uptight culture and is not great for those of us who move here and plan to make friends at work.
