Dishonest company

Pros

Not a lot tbh. It use to be great place to work

Cons

Being asked to do more with less, rto, lay offs, lack of transparency. Fidelity is a big company so it can be hard to work in at the best of times but we could put up with it because the benefits where grand. They are gradually stripping more and more. Load of people hired being told only 1-2 days occasionally in the office and not honoring the agreement. There isn't even a feedback mechanism anymore they use to do pulse surveys so we could see trends and they all started to tank after removing work from anywhere and wfh. The company knows they are impacting people and their mental health and have the gall to talk about it like they are not a significant impact on people's mental health.

Pros

12 week parental leave. Private company with bonus and "stock" opportunities that each can easily amount to 15% of base pay.

Cons

Stock shares mentioned in pros section are not publicly traded and only vest after 2 years.
