Some of the policies are not helping employees but middleman.For example, when you are relocated to foreign country, they wont give the accomodation expenses to Employee,but get an apartment for a huge money.

The best reasons to work for Fidelity are the benefits, the compensation versus other financial institutions, and the ability to work from home when it is necessary. I wa blown away by the compensation I got this year and how it shows that they actually pay for performance.

Cons

There is a lot of red tape around getting things done, especially at the software development level. Sometimes they also squash creativity but it gets better over time. The one thing to know about this is that it is all about the group that you get into and who you work for.
