Business Outlook
Pros
It was until recently, in growth mode and was a very positive place to work. The layoffs have put an extreme dark cloud on the job. Coworkers and people there have been fantastic to work with. I've made good friendships and have found it to be a professional and friendly environment. Work-life balance in my group was really great.
Cons
Serious lack of career growth and opportunities for advancement. I am treated like a contractor -- not like an employee. And you can expect to be micro-managed to the greatest degree possible. I would have thought it was just me, but it also happens to my coworkers. Also, I am constantly referred to as a "resource" vs. a team member.
