WFH benifit First company to provide me an opportunity to set foot into corporate Onshore folks are good Leave policies and other benefits are good More learning and opportunities Latest tech stacks are used in the project
Cons
Hike is not good especially for entry level positions Favoritism towards a particular language speaking community especially in softpro projects(they can easily avail promotions while rest of us have to work our a** off and still get some negative remarks) Most of the projects in the other teams are legacy and outdated Toxic micro management in some of the teams
