Good learning opportunity on the subjects of real property law, title, and real estate litigation The "official" position on work-life balance is good If you are so much as trying to do the work, you are nearly invincible from a job security perspective.

Cons

Good luck getting ahead and keeping aforementioned work-life balance Pay is awful and growth on pay is just as bad after 2 years PTO offered for first 5 years is pretty bad Classic toxic pairing of high responsibility with inadequate authority Growth opportunities are rare and promotions practically non-existent
