Pros

Good salary. you can negotiate more than multiplication of 2 with respect to experience. Good technologies. Good products. Once familier with the product and code it is easy life.

Cons

Interview is tough keep manager happy with work many incidents I found where people not so good technically has been fired. poor cafeteria in Eco space office

Pros

This Review is for techies and non BPO. Good flexibility, do 9 hrs come in and go anytime if your manager is ok with it. But do your job.

Cons

Anything is possible if your manager likes you or if the company higher ups want. No company policy as such. Employee facilities is poor. Inadequate canteen facilities. Cab issues.
