Pros

i am working in Fidelity from 3 years.its a good company to work and there are lot of learning opportnities.there are onsite opportunities as well. we have a regular rewards and recognition also. flexible work timings.

Cons

cafeteria should be little more spacious and i guess management is working on that

Good Company to work, Good Works are rewarded timely manner. Good Company to grow. If we are capable enough sure will get the good exposure. Pick up and drop cabs are provided
