its a job...and I appreciate having a job in this screwed-up economy. but, this is the most mismanaged company I've ever worked for.

Cons

this company has weak leadership. management doesn't spend a minute on motivation. it more of a 'what have you done for me lately' type of attitude

Food is free and is good. Access to senior Management and can talk for policies. Technical independence Good Work life balance

Very small number of people No consistencies in salary, Some people were getting 4 didgit salaries per month No stability

Pros

Fidelity is a very large company and employees hundreds if not thousands of people. They are always fair with their employees and encourage autonomy.

Cons

In my particular field, there are no yearly reviews or raises. I have to depend on commission to make a decent amount of money. They have changed our benefits package so much that I have to pay exhorbitant amounts out of pocket for anything more than a runny nose. Cut out the discrimination.
