Pros

Management appreciates the work ethic of its employees. Vey willing to accomodate schedules, school, etc.... The work environment is fast paced

Cons

Communication and consistency within the differennt branches of the company needs improvement. Good ideas seem to languish and nevr be implemented.

Pros

strong name, workday usually ends at 5 for the average employee

Cons

does not seem to be good communication across the various branches from its headquarters. leads to inefficiency especially with their computer systems and continuously unsuccessful updates. causes more of a hassle for employees than it helps them. would be better if more integrated.
