      Good Hikes every year (no misses), percentage depends on current market which is good. FBP benefits Insurance (self, family and annual body checkup) WFH (one of "the best" policy from the Covid time) Job security for good performing employees (except for the non performers which no company wants to retain) Employees first approach (both onshore and offshore) Leaves can be taken as required with minimal approval
