Business Outlook
Pros
On-boarding with Veritude is well managed. They are the recruiters for Consultants for Fidelity. Fidelity has state of the art technology and always looking to improve. Opportunities are always available either perm or contract. Most groups other than management are free to work from home at least part time.
Cons
Work is extremely fast paced. Projects, tasks always changing to keep ahead of all the competition. Fidelity is a privately owned company so they can be much more flexible and dynamic when it comes to changing directions or strategy. Veritudes health benefits are worthless if you have any serious or long term illness. The coverage is minimum at best.
